Disclosed are an optical lens and an imaging device comprising same. The optical lens may comprise a first lens, a second lens, a third lens, a fourth lens, and a fifth lens in order from the object side to the image side along the optical axis. The first lens may have a positive focal power or a negative focal power, and has a convex object side surface and a concave image side surface. The second lens may have a positive focal power, and has an object side surface and an image side surface that are both convex. The third lens may have a positive focal power, and has an object side surface and an image side surface that are both convex. The fourth lens may have a negative focal power, and has an object side surface and an image side surface that are both concave. The fifth lens may have a positive focal power, and has a convex object side surface and a concave image side surface. According to the optical lens of the present application, at least one of the beneficial effects of miniaturization, high resolution, large aperture, and high brightness can be achieved.
