Disclosed in the present application is a synchronous drive device, comprising a drive source and an active drive mechanism, the active drive mechanism comprising a first housing and an active transmission part group which is arranged in the first housing for meshing transmission, the active transmission part group comprising an input shaft, a first output shaft, a second output shaft, a third output shaft and a fourth output shaft, a drive end of the drive source being connected to the input shaft, the first output shaft, the second output shaft, the third output shaft and the fourth output shaft being separately arranged on and protruding from the first housing, the first output shaft and the second output shaft being arranged in parallel up and down, the third output shaft and the fourth output shaft protruding from the first housing in opposite directions, the third output shaft and the fourth output shaft both being perpendicular to the first output shaft and the second output shaft, and, driven by the drive source, the first output shaft, the second output shaft, the third output shaft and the fourth output shaft being capable of synchronously rotating. Further disclosed in the present application is a photovoltaic tracking support system. In this way, the drive source drives multiple rows of tracking supports to synchronously rotate.
