A DC-DC converter power supply comprising drive circuits (5, 15) creating different driving waveforms from a drive pulse at an oscillating/controlling circuit section (2), a first switching element (3) being driven by the drive circuit (5), a second switching element (17) being driven by the drive circuit (15), and a third switching element (20) connected in parallel with the second diode (21) of the second switching element (17) and being driven by the drive circuit (5).
