Abstract:
The present invention provides a synthesis method for directly preparing an H-type CHA structure molecular sieve and the use thereof. A compound with a chemical formula of (C4H8NO)3PO and/or (C4H8NO)2PO(C4H10N) is used as a structure-directing agent, and an H-type CHA structure molecular sieve is directly prepared by means of a hydrothermal synthesis method. The structure-directing agent in the present invention has a molecular topological structure, which contributes to rapidly and efficiently constructing a CHA molecular sieve skeleton structure. The prepared product has a regular morphology and a high relative crystallinity. The H-type CHA structure molecular sieve can be directly synthesized by means of the synthesis method, and has a relative crystallinity of larger than 95%. The molecular sieve product can be obtained by means of direct drying and roasting without needing an ammonium exchange step. The method is simple, easy to implement, and suitable for large-scale production. A samarium-based CHA molecular sieve catalyst shows a good ammonia gas adsorption capacity, a low-temperature activity, an active temperature window, N2 selectivity, and structural stability in NH3-SCR technology by virtue of the intrinsic activity of Sm and physicochemical properties of the H-type CHA structure molecular sieve. Under the action of the catalyst, a nitrogen oxide reacts with a reducing agent to convert same into harmless nitrogen and water.
