Title:
SYNTHETIC-APERTURE RADAR SIGNAL PROCESSING DEVICE AND METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/123786
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This synthetic-aperture radar signal processing device (10) comprises: a stable reflection point extraction unit 11 for extracting a plurality of stable reflection points for each of a plurality of observation directions from time-series observation data for each of the observation directions, the time-series observation data being data about an observation subject measured from each of the observation directions by radar; a stable reflection point grouping unit 12 which, for each of the observation directions, groups the plurality of stable reflection points; a group selection unit 13 which, for each of the observation directions, selects a stable reflection point group including the stable reflection points that are analysis subjects, from among the groups formed by the grouping; and a displacement speed processing unit 14 for synthesizing displacement speeds of the selected stable reflection point groups.
