Abstract:
A bottle-shaped synthetic resin container (1), which has a mouth section (2), a body section (4) and a bottom section (5), is characterized in: having a parting line (PL) formed on the body section (4) extending in the vertical direction and multiple reduced pressure-absorbing panels (11), each of which is formed as a groove that extends in the vertical direction while twisting in the circumferential direction centered on the central axis (S) of the body section (4) and which are provided side-by-side in the circumferential direction on the body section (4); and the depth in the upper part (11c) of a first reduced pressure-absorbing panel (111), through the upper part (11c) of which the parting line (PL) passes, being shallower than the depth in the center part (11e) in the vertical direction and the depth in the lower part (11d) of a second reduced pressure-absorbing panel (112), through the lower part (11d) of which the parting line (PL) passes, being shallower than the depth in the center part (11e) in the vertical direction.
