Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To detect a work element which can be improved from data obtained in a
production management system. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A system for automatically extracting
an operation element to be improved from the work processes decomposes a work
process of a series of preset measurement plan into each operation element, executes
the work of the work process of the measurement plan, measures a work time of the
work process of each measurement plan, stores the measurement result in a storage
device, repeats the steps from the aforementioned execution to the storage of
the result by a predetermined number of times, and compares the decomposed operation
element to the stored measurement result so as to automatically extract the operation
element having the highest fluctuation ratio as an operation element to be improved.
