Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an evaluation system that enables less invasive, over-time and systemic detection of an extracellular purinergic receptor ligand. Provided is a transgenic nonhuman animal that expresses a first fused protein and a second fused protein for detecting a purinergic receptor ligand present outside cells, wherein the first fused protein contains a membrane protein capable of binding to the purinergic receptor ligand and a first reporter protein and the second fused protein contains a protein capable of binding to the membrane protein to which the ligand is bound and a second reporter protein. Also provided is a cell of the transgenic nonhuman animal.
