Abstract:
Provided is a system for inferring a factor for an accident during a physical distribution warehouse task, said system comprising a storage device and a processor. The storage device stores task history information which includes pre-set accident-related item values in past order tasks. The accident-related items include psychological items which have a psychological impact upon an operator and which are factors in an occurrence of an accident. The processor: acquires the accident-related item values for an accident of interest which has occurred in an order task; compares the value for the accident of interest and the value included in the task history information for each accident-related item; infers factors for the accident of interest from among the accident-related items for the accident of interest on the basis of the comparison results; and outputs the inference results.
