Abstract:
A system and a method for font copyright protection are disclosed. The present invention collects and downloads applications to be checked, which are posted in an application market, and then extracts a font file from an APK file and an obb file of the corresponding application so as to apply a pre-defined hash function thereto, thereby acquiring a hash value. Next, a font image of a font copyright holder, whose font copyright can be infringed on by the application to be checked, is primarily selected by comparing the hash value of the application to be checked with a hash value of a pre-stored font file of the copyright holder. Afterward, it is possible to quickly and accurately detect the infringement of the font copyright and protect the same by comparing the font images of the applications to be checked with the selected font images of the copyright holder.
