Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and a method for identifying an online cartoon on the basis of a region of interest. More particularly, the present invention relates to a system and a method for identifying an online cartoon on the basis of a region of interest which is capable of detecting a region of interest respectively in an original image constituting online cartoon content provided online and an identification target image obtained by duplicating a part or all of the original image, and identifying online cartoon content corresponding to the identification target image on the basis of feature points extracted from the region of interest.
