Abstract:
One aspect of the present invention is provided with: an input unit which accepts input of measurement information that is information measured by a sensor provided in an object system, and peripheral information related to the object system; a state detection unit which detects the present state of the object system from the accepted measurement information; a transition probability calculation unit which, on the basis of the present state of the object system detected by the state detection unit, state transition information of the object system, and the accepted peripheral information, calculates a transition probability from the present state to another state; and a transition state determination unit which, on the basis of the calculated transition probability, determines a next state to which the transition is made from the present state.
