Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for providing a composite management service for flyer advertisment materials and a method of same. In particular, the present invention relates to a system for providing a composite management service for flyer advertisment materials and a method of same which provides a service for posting permission for advertisement materials and managing by proxy, and providing consumers who receive unwanted flyer advertisement materials from a flyer distribution company with corresponding compensation, and improves exposure to the flyer advertisement materials. To this end, the present invention includes: an advertiser terminal; a consumer terminal for storing an authentication image captured in a distributed state of the flyer advertisement materials in order to perceive a region and a location where the flyer advertisement materials are distributed, and recognizing identification codes printed on the flyer advertisement materials to obtain identification code information stored in the identification codes; an authorizing server for providing legal administrative processes for permission and report, an application for approval, and a fee calculation, for the flyer advertisement materials desired to be distributed by the advertiser; an advertisement material management server for receiving flyer advertisement material information, requesting to the authorizing server whether the flyer advertisement material is approved, applying for approval by submitting an application for approval and paying a fee on the basis of the flyer advertisement material information received from the authorizing server in response to the request, receiving an application result from the authorizing server in response to the application for the approval and notifying the advertiser server of the application result, providing the flyer advertisement material information and identification code information to a flyer manufacturer to request the printing of the flyer advertisement material, and providing a distributor with information on distribution regions in which the flyer advertisement materials are to be distributed. The advertisement management server performs an authentication process on the basis of the authentication image, the identification code information and the distribution position information provided from the consumer terminal, and provides corresponding flyer advertisement material to the consumer terminal to expose same to the consumer for a certain amount of time, calculates a point corresponding to a time when the consumer confirms the exposure to the flyer advertisement material and a predetermined exposure time has elapsed, compares distribution position information and distribution area information, sets an expense corresponding to the point to be paid by an advertisement agency if the distribution area information includes the distribution position information, or by the distributor if the distribution area information does not include the distribution position information, and sets a penalty to be paid by the distributor when the distribution area information does not include the distribution position information, wherein the penalty is imposed by the authorizing body. According to the present invention, a service for posting permission of advertisement materials and managing by proxy can be provided, illegal flyer advertisement materials are easily confirmed by an authorizing officer or a general consumer, and a consumer who receives unwanted flyer advertisement material from the distributor can be provided with corresponding compensation.
