Abstract:
Provided is a system that reduces the burden on a user who purchases a ticket for a plurality of persons to enter a facility. This system includes a server device and a first authentication terminal. The server device stores authentication information for a representative and ticket information including the content of a ticket that was purchased by the representative and that allows the representative and at least one or more accompanying persons to enter a first restricted entry area. When the representative and at least one or more accompanying persons enter the first restricted entry area, the first authentication terminal transmits a first authentication request including authentication information for the representative to the server device. The server device identifies the representative entering the first restricted entry area, through an authentication process that uses the authentication information included in the authentication request and the stored authentication information. The server device transmits the ticket information corresponding to the identified representative to the first authentication terminal. The first authentication terminal performs control according to the ticket information.
