Title:
TARGET TRACKING DEVICE AND TARGET TRACKING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/157157
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This target tracking device comprises: a smoothing unit (2) that acquires observed position information indicating an observed position of a tracking target, acquires a predicted value for a tracking target state at a position observation time, being the time at which the observed position was observed, said predicted value having been predicted one sampling prior to the position observation time, and uses the observed position information and the predicted value to estimate the tracking target state at the position observation time; and a predicting unit (3) that uses, as a movement model for the tracking target, a movement model including an acceleration term related to a change in a tracking target maneuver direction, predicts the tracking target state one sampling after the position observation time on the basis of the state estimated by the smoothing unit (2), and outputs the predicted value for the tracking target state to the smoothing unit (2).
