Description:
A SYSTEM WITH CONTAINER FOR USE IN DRESS TRANSPORT

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a system with container for use in dress transport.

State of the Art

In the systems used in clothes transportation in the state of the art, stanchions are kept in a cabinet or on the ground in the container when they are not loaded. There is a cabinet at the end of the container, and it is stored in all stanchions. When it is desired to hang clothes on the container, all the stanchions are emptied from the stanchion cabinet and hung on the endless perforated sheets that are fixed on the side walls of the container. This process causes a time loss of approximately 30 minutes.

In another application in the state of the art, stanchions are placed on top of each other at the entrance. In such a case, there is a risk of damage to the stanchions. In addition, not all of the loading of clothes into containers is done by one manufacturer. The stanchions are taken from the stanchion cabinet and emptied to the front part, and it is inevitable that the stanchions will be damaged at the end of this situation.

Another aspect is that when the stanchion is constantly removed from the side sheets and installed, the stanchion is not placed in the cabinet but thrown on the ground. Therefore, stanchions are damaged or lost. The stanchion cabinet used to stack the stanchions adds an extra 150 kg of weight to the container and causes a loss of 30 cm of space at the front section of the container. Moreover, a maximum of 82 stanchions can be placed in the stanchion cabinet in existing systems.

As a result, due to the abovementioned disadvantages and the insufficiency of the current solutions regarding the subject matter, a development is required to be made in the relevant technical field. Brief Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to relates to a system for use in the transport of clothes by container which fulfils the abovementioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.

The present invention aims to solve the abovementioned disadvantages by being inspired from the current conditions.

The main object of the present invention is to enable the stanchions to move in a channel and to be removed only from a lower point. The stanchions are placed in the slots indicated at the top of the container and kept in the parking position along the container with the help of the present invention. In case the dress is desired to be hung, it can be taken down and put on. In this way, there is no need to hang the stanchions on the side sheets or carry them to the front, and the stanchion can be used directly by lowering the same from the top.

Another object of the present invention is to prevent the stanchions from being damaged and lost by throwing them on the ground. In the present invention, the stanchion is prevented from being damaged and lost by throwing the same on the ground as the stanchion moves in a channel and is difficult to remove. Moreover, when hanging products are loaded one by one from different places, stanchions are taken down and loaded as necessary.

150 stanchions can be hung throughout the container with the present invention.

The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following drawings and the detailed description made with reference to these drawings and therefore the evaluation shall be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the inventive system is described by means of examples only for clarifying the subject matter.

The present invention relates to a system to be used in dress transportation. The system that is the subject of the invention comprises a container (1) as a carcass structure that holds all the parts together. Container (1) is ready-made steel. In the abovementioned system structure, there is a stanchion (27) in the form of a locked mechanism on which hangers are hung.

Upper storage area (2) in the form of metal sheet is located in the inventive system so as to place the idle stanchions (27). There are many slots on the upper storage area

(2) suitable for the placement of stanchions (27). The part that carries the entire load on which the stanchions (27) are hung on the slots is the vertical carrying front sheet.

(3). There is a vertical carrying rear sheet (4) and a vertical carrying intermediate sheet (5), which are welded to the vertical carrying front sheet (3). The vertical carrying intermediate sheet (5) is the sheet that connects these two sheets between the vertical carrying front sheet (3) and the vertical carrying rear sheet (4), on which the square sheet at the head of the stanchion (27) sits and is aligned from the side.

The sheet metal that connects the chassis carrying the container (1) and the stanchion (27) is a back welded support piece (6). A lower side support sheet (7) is used to carry the vertical carrying front sheet (3) and the vertical carrying rear sheet (4) and to provide welding to the container (1). A backing (8) is internally welded for giving support to the lower side support sheet (7).

In the system, a stanchion pipe (9) functions as a pipe that carries the entire mechanism and hangs the hangers. A stanchion square profile (10) is used to keep it fixed on the stanchion (27) and to tighten the hangers with the closing of the system. There is a stanchion metal head and lock system (11) on the stanchion pipe (9). Stanchion metal head and lock system (11) is the metal mechanism that carries the entire load and houses the lock system.

In order to eliminate the stretching of the stanchion square profile (10) and to divide the stanchion (27) into two, there is a stanchion intermediate lock system (12) welded to the stanchion pipe (9).

Another part on the stanchion pipe (9) is the main carrier and alignment sheet (13). Therefore, it is ensured that the stanchion (27) does not tumble to the right or left on the sheet and does not come out while moving on the system. The main carrier and the alignment sheet (13) are welded to the main carrier alignment pin.

Main carrier and pin fixing sheet (14), main carrier and alignment sheet (13) and main carrier and alignment sheet pin (15) are welded to ensure the transport of the system. In addition, the main carrier and pin fixing sheet (14) carries the lock mechanism on the stanchion (27). The main carrier and the alignment sheet pin (15) are fixed to the stanchion pipe (9) with pins or welding and are the intermediate support part of the stanchion pipe (9) and the lock system.

In the inventive system, there is a movable sheet (16) for the purpose of bedding of the lock system on the stanchion (27) and to fix the profile used for clamping the hangers. An intermediate alignment cap (17) is used for the main carrier and pin fixing sheet (14) and the movable sheet (16) to work as assembled to each other.

There is a fixed pin slot (18) welded on the movable part. There is a channel on the fixing pin slot (18) and thus houses the locking of the fixing pin. In addition, a fixing pin cap (19) causes the fixing pin to move forward or backward, with the help of the channel thereon, causing it to be locked. The fixing pin cap (19) is screwed to the fixing pin. A fixing pin spring (20) in the system of the present invention leans on the set in the fixing pin slot (18) and pushes the fixing pin forward continuously, allowing the same to fit into the sheet on the main carrier and pin fixing sheet (14).

The fixing pin (21) works within the fixing pin slot (18). The fixing pin (21) screwed into the fixing pin cap (19) enters the slot on the main carrier and the pin fixing sheet (14) with the push of the fixing pin spring (20) and ensures the locking of the system.

A square profile slot (22) is welded to the movable part on the stanchion (27). This part supports the square profile and allows the hangers to be compressed from the metal part.

In the system subject to the invention, M5x25 countersunk head bolt (23) compresses the intermediate alignment cap (17) and the movable sheet (16) to the main carrier and pin fixing sheet (14). For this reason, M5 fiber nut (25) is used. An M5 washer (24) is used to act as a support between the intermediate alignment cap (17) and the M5 fiber nut (25). The main intermediate carrier and the pin fixing sheet (26) are welded onto the stanchion pipe (9) and become a bed for the locking system.

The welding and assembly of the stanchion (27) is described below:

• Main carrier and alignment sheet (13), main carrier and pin fixing sheet (14), and main carrier and alignment sheet pin (15) are welded.

• The fixing pin slot (18), the movable sheet (16) and the main intermediate carrier and the pin fixing sheet (26) are welded. Main intermediate carrier and pin fixing sheet (26) is welded to the stanchion pipe (9).

• The movable sheet (16) is mounted together with the intermediate alignment cap (17) by tightening the same with M5x25 countersunk head bolt (23), M5 washer (24) and M5 fiber nut (25).

• The fixing pin spring (20) is passed through the fixing pin (21) and the fixing pin (21 ) is tightened into the fixing pin cap (19).

• After all these processes, the main carrier and the alignment sheet pin (15) are mounted on the stanchion pipe (9) from both ends.

• The only difference of the intermediate section is that the main intermediate carrier and pin fixing sheet (26) are welded to the stanchion pipe (9). Other assembly operations are the same. Moreover, while the head and intermediate parts are being assembled, the stanchion square profile (10) is attached to the square profile slots (22) in both parts separately.

Container (1) welding processes are described below:

• The back-welded support parts (6) are welded according to the dimensions on the container (1).

• The vertical carrying intermediate sheet (5) is welded to the appropriate gaps on the sheets, in a way that it remains in the middle of the vertical carrying rear sheet (4) and the vertical carrying sheet front sheet (3).

• Vertical carrying rear sheet (4) and vertical carrying front sheet (3) are welded on the lower side support sheet (7), as 27 pieces on the right and 27 pieces on the left.

• The backings (8) are welded to the lower side support sheet (7) from the inside, centrally.

• The upper storage area (2) is welded onto the vertical carrying front (3) with the vertical carrying rear sheet (4). It is also welded to the rear welded support part (6) located behind the same.

Container (1) hanging array operations are described below:

• The stanchions (27) are shifted upwards by entering through the gap suitable for the head section of the stanchion (27) in the stanchion inlet slot (28) located on each vertical carrying rear sheet (4) and vertical carrying front sheet (3) that is welded.

• Stanchion (27) can only enter and exit from this area due to its metal head structure. The stanchions (27) shifted upwards are lined up along the container (1) in the slots suitable for the head structure in the upper storage area (2).

• In order to hang clothes on the stanchions (27) it is placed in the desired intervals from the slots on the vertical carrying front sheet (3) by lowering it from the upper storage area (2) through the channel between the vertical carrying rear sheet (3) and the vertical carrying front sheet (4). The point to be considered here is that the two sides of the main carrier and the alignment sheet (13) are adhered to the vertical carrying intermediate sheet (5) and to the right side. While this sheet carries the load, it will ensure that the stanchion (27) does not rotate due to its 90 degree edge. The explanation regarding the different layout of the container (1) is given below:

In normal manufacturing in the state of the art, the back welded support part (6) on the inner surface of the container (1) is welded to the entire chassis surface, however, in this invention, only the container (1) is manufactured upon request, and the layout is made during manufacturing. The container (1) is placed between the upper chassis and the lower bent chassis (2) by making the inner chassis of the container (1) short. Since the inner twisted sheets of the container (1) are manufactured according to the desired spacing, the vertical carrying rear sheet (4), the vertical carrying front sheet (3) and the vertical carrying intermediate sheet (5) are welded to the inner folds of the bent sheet. Thus, the inner width is greater. Since there is no lower side support sheet, the weight decreases.
