Abstract:

This disclosure relates to video coding and more particularly to techniques for signaling of high-level syntax for coded video. According to an aspect of an invention, a value for a syntax element in a network abstraction layer unit indicating a number of syntax structures is signaled, and for each the number of syntax structures, a value of a syntax element indicating a syntax structure type is signaled.
