A liner (12) for pipe, the liner comprising a first layer (10) comprising a hollow cylinder of polymeric material, a second layer (20) comprising wrap material, the wrap material wrapped around the first layer, a third layer (30) comprising wrap material wrapped around the second layer, the liner (12) having a first end spaced apart from a second end, at least one strengthener member (40) on the liner and extending from the first end to the second end of the liner, the liner (12) comprising a stand-alone structure.
