Abstract:
A T-type hollow valve body mould apparatus, comprising a main body (1), a cavity (2), a first cylinder (3), a second cylinder (4), a third cylinder (5), a first sliding block (6), a second sliding block (7), a third sliding block (8), a fourth sliding block (9), and a fifth sliding block (10), the cavity (2) being disposed in the main body (1), the first cylinder (3) and the second cylinder (4) being arranged on the outer side of the two sides of the bottom end inside the cavity (2), and the third cylinder (5) being arranged at the upper end of the cavity (2), the first cylinder (3) being connected to the first sliding block (6) and the first sliding block being arranged on the left inner side at the bottom end of the cavity (2), the second cylinder (4) being connected to the second sliding block (7) and the second sliding block (7) being arranged on the right inner side at the bottom end of the cavity (2), the third cylinder (5) being connected to the third sliding block (8) and the third sliding block (8) being arranged on the inner side of the upper end of the cavity (2), the fourth sliding block (9) and the fifth sliding block (10) being arranged at the middle of the lower end of the cavity (2) and the upper end being connected onto the third sliding block (8). The advantage is that the fourth sliding block (9) and the fifth sliding block (10) inside the mould are designed to ensure that the cylinder core is smooth; the product will not break down and the wall thickness is ensured, so that subsequent grinding is not required, saving time and reducing manufacturing costs; the product quality is greatly improved, and use is safe and reliable.
