Abstract:
A control part 18 of a tactile sensation presentation device 1 is configured to: extract, from among a plurality of images 101 displayed on a display screen 100, at least one candidate image 103 that may be selected following a selected selection image 102; predict a next selection image 104 to be selected next from among the candidate image(s) 103 on the basis of a trajectory 110 in the display screen 100 of a trace operation performed on an operation screen 120; and inhibit presentation of a tactile sensation even when the trajectory 110 exceeds a boundary line 105 constituting a trigger for presenting a tactile sensation between the selection image 102 and the next selection image 104, and present a tactile sensation when the trajectory 110 reaches the next selection image 104.
