According to the present invention, the sum (∑∆A) of the dimensions at a first assembly structure (50) and a second assembly structure (51) in terms of the gap dimensions (∆A1, ∆A2) of gaps (541) which are defined by metallic rods (52) at sides opposite to a metallic housing (12) is set greater than the difference in the thermal expansion amounts of a resin cover body (11) and the metallic housing (12) in the reference radial direction (Db) at a temperature exceeding a reference temperature (Tb). In addition, the sum (∑∆B, ∑∆C) of the dimensions at a first assembly structure (50) and a second assembly structure (51) in terms of the gap dimensions (∆B1, ∆B2) of gaps (542) which are defined by the metallic rods (52) at sides of the metallic housing (12)and spacing dimensions (∆C1, ∆C2) of distances from resin protrusions (53) to the metallic housing (12), respectively, is set greater than the difference in the thermal contraction amounts of the resin cover body (11) and the metallic housing (12) in the reference radial direction (Db) at a temperature lower than the reference temperature (Tb).
