Abstract:
A tape feeder (82) which supplies leaded components with leads using a taped component comprising the leaded components and a carrier tape which holds the leads of the leaded components, wherein there are disposed: a first feeding-out device (85) which feeds out the taped component; a cutting device (86) which cuts off the leaded components to separate the leaded components from the taped component fed out by the first feeding-out device (85); and a second feeding-out device (88) which feeds out the carrier tape in a state in which the leaded components have been separated from the taped component by the cutting device (86). This makes it possible for the carrier tape, in a state in which the leaded components have been separated from the taped component, to be appropriately fed out.
