The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tea beverage in which sodium-associated sliminess is suppressed. A tea beverage containing 2 to 20 mg/100 mL of sodium, wherein the tea beverage contains 0.17 to 6.5 mg/100 mL of L-asparagine.
