Abstract:
This temperature alarm system is provided with: a temperature control unit (40) that causes a current to flow through an electric heating wire (20x) of an electric resistance heater (20) so as to increase the temperature of a to-be-heated object (90) to a predetermined target temperature, the electric heating wire (20x) being formed of a nickelchromium wire of which the against-temperature resistance characteristics have a maximum and a minimum; a resistance calculation unit (44) that measures, as a temperature-increase-time resistance value, a resistance value exhibited by the electric heating wire (20x) moment by moment during the increase in the temperature of the to-be-heated object (90) by the temperature control unit (40); a maximum/minimum determination unit (46) that determines whether or not the temperature-increase-time resistance value shows the maximum or minimum during the increase in the temperature of the to-be-heated object (90); and an alarm signal creation unit (47) that creates an alarm signal corresponding to the maximum or minimum when the temperature-increase-time resistance value shows the maximum or minimum.
