Abstract:
A coiling temperature control device (14) is provided with: a temperature model (15); a material temperature prediction unit (16); a calculation unit (20); and a model correction unit (21). The temperature model (15) has: a cooling water convective flow model; a first correction term for the cooling water convective flow model; a radiation model; a second correction term for the radiation model; and a cooling air convective flow model. The calculation unit (20) changes each of the value for the first correction term and the value for the second correction term and calculates a plurality of actual-value-based recalculation values. The model correction unit (21) corrects the first correction term and second correction term on the basis of the actual-value-based recalculation values calculated by the calculation unit (20) and values measured by a coiling temperature gauge (8) when temperature control of material (1) being rolled is actually being carried out.
