Abstract:
Provided is a terminal comprising: a receiving unit which receives from a base station, an RRC message that does not include configurations of terminal-specific control channel resources for initial BWP and includes a configuration of a communication BWP that is set for a specific terminal; and a control unit which switches between the initial BWP and the communication BWP as an active BWP, on the basis of a physical downlink control channel signal specifying either the initial BWP or the communication BWP.
