Abstract:
A terminal device that sets transmission timing for PUSCH in target cells, on the basis of first information included in a received handover command. The terminal device starts a random access procedure in a primary cell at least on the basis of: a pending SR, no usable UL–SCH resource for transmission in that sub-frame, and having no valid PUCCH resource for SR in any sub-frame. If an SR is pending, there is no usable UL–SCH resource for transmission in that sub-frame, and there is no valid PUCCH resource for SR in any sub-frame, the terminal device does not start the random access procedure in the primary cell, on the basis of at least the first information having been set.
