Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an interference protection mechanism for communication using a transmission beam in a side link. [Solution] Provided is a terminal device that allows communication by any communication method classified as vehicle to X (V2X) communication, the terminal device comprising: an acquisition unit that acquires first information pertaining to allocation of a resource pool that can be used by a plurality of terminal devices using the aforementioned communication method, and second information pertaining to transmission power associated with a beam ID of one or more transmission beams used by the terminal devices for communication which uses the communication method; a parameter determination unit that determines parameters pertaining to the transmission beam on the basis of the first information and the second information; and a transmission processing unit that, on the basis of the determined parameters, performs transmission processing of packets using the communication method.
