Abstract:
Disclosed is an encryption method. According to the present method, a homomorphic cipher text can be generated by using a public key after reflecting a scaling factor to a message. The generated cipher text is generated in the form in which a result value is restored when decrypted, wherein the result value is a value in which an error value is added to a value in which the scaling factor is reflected to the message. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively generate a homomorphic cipher text which can be operated in an encrypted state.
