Abstract:
This terminal-equipped electric wire 50 provided with an electric wire 40 obtained by covering a core wire 42 with an insulation coating 43, and a terminal 10 connected to the electric wire 40, comprises: a bottom wall 34 on which the electric wire 40 is placed; an insulation barrel 32 which projects from the bottom wall 34 and which is press-fit to the outer periphery of the insulation coating 43; and a connection part 33 which projects from a position, in the bottom wall 34, that is closer to the core wire 42, exposed from the insulation coating 43, than the insulation barrel 32. In a state where the insulation barrel 32 is press-fit to the insulation coating 43, the connection part 33 covers the insulation coating 43 of the electric wire 40 excluding a portion, of the electric wire 40, on a side opposite to the bottom wall 34.
