Abstract:
Provided is a terminal system for integrally monitoring information of a refrigerated truck. The terminal system comprises a touch display screen; an ARM core board and a driving recording module, a GPS module, a 4G communication module and a reserved communication interface which are controlled by the ARM core board; an STM32 chip and a refrigerating unit temperature control, working fault display and alarm module, a carriage interior and exterior temperature and humidity monitoring and data storage and alarm module, an in-carriage loaded-cargo weight data monitoring module, a carriage door opening/closing state display and warning module, a whole truck oil level monitoring module, an in-carriage personnel trapping alarm module, and an in-carriage electrical system control module which are controlled by the STM32 chip. The touch screen is connected to the ARM core board and the STM32 chip; the in-carriage loaded-cargo weight data monitoring module is used for performing weight monitoring by means of a carbon fiber net-type tray (1), and the center position and four corners of the carbon fiber net-type tray (1) are provided with displacement deformation sensors (2). Images are uploaded to a terminal of the touch screen by means of the ARM core board, the STM32 chip and a driving recorder, thereby helping staffs to know the inside and outside of the refrigerated truck on one touch screen, and monitor various operation state information of the refrigerated truck in real time.
