Abstract:
A test apparatus (100) and a gene sequencer (300). The test apparatus (100) comprises: an objective lens (110), which is used for acquiring fluorescence signals emitted by a sample (200) under test; a lens module (120), which is used for converging the fluorescence signals emitted by the objective lens (110), so as to form a target optical signal, wherein the maximum emission angle of the target optical signal is less than the maximum emission angle of the fluorescence signals emitted by the objective lens (110); at least one sleeve lens (130), which is arranged behind the lens module (120) along an optical path of the target optical signal; and at least one camera (140), which is arranged behind the sleeve lens (130) along the optical path of the target optical signal, wherein the camera (140) is used for acquiring the target optical signal, which is focused by the sleeve lens (130). The test apparatus (100) can collect and converge fluorescence signals having large apertures and large fields of view, such that the size of the sleeve lens (130) is reduced, thereby reducing the processing costs of the test apparatus (100) and the size thereof.
