Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a test data processing device, test data processing method and test apparatus. The test data processing device is used to process test image data of a plurality of camera modules that are arranged in a matrix and comprised in a panelized testing board, the test image data being obtained from tests performed on the plurality of camera modules. The test data processing device comprises: an image collecting unit, for collecting test image data of each camera module and comprising a plurality of image collecting sub-units arranged in a matrix; an image converting unit, for receiving the test image data by means of multi-channel video streaming and converting the same into display data suitable for display; and an image display unit, for displaying an image based on the display data on a display interface, and displaying a plurality of display interface sub-units arranged in a matrix on the display interface. The test data processing device, test data processing method and test apparatus according to the present invention enable collection and display of image data of batch tests of camera modules.
