Abstract:
A wheel speed simulation and acquisition device for EPB rear wheel anti-lock function test and a test method therefor, relating to the technical field of vehicle test apparatuses. The device comprises an upper computer, wheel simulation groups, and an EPB system having a wheel anti-lock function; the upper computer comprises a motor rotating speed control module, an EPB-required signal simulation module, and a target wheel speed calculation module; each wheel simulation group comprises a motor driver, a motor (2), a gear (3), and a wheel speed sensor; an output of the wheel speed sensor is connected to the EPB system; the motor rotating speed control module is connected to the motor driver; the EPB system comprises an EPB caliper, and a pressure sensor is provided in the EPB caliper; the target wheel speed calculation module calculates a target wheel speed, and sends same to the motor rotating speed control module so as to finish the control of an actual wheel speed. According to the method, the problem that the obtaining of wheel speed information in research and development would reduce functional test efficiency and even cause a danger is solved, and the effect of convenient and efficient test of an anti-lock function of an EPB system of an automobile is achieved.
