Abstract:
A TFT preparation method, a TFT, an OLED backplane and a display device, wherein a black photoresist material is used on a glass substrate (201) to prepare a light-shielding layer (202), a special hole-opening process does not need to be performed on a buffer layer (203), and at the same time, since the thickness of a second semiconductor layer (204) is less than the thickness of a first light-shielding region (2021), the semiconductor layer (204) is protected from being irradiated by light such that the thickness of a planarization layer (211) may be reduced, which thereby increases the degree of accuracy of an exposure process and increases the degree of planarization of an OLED light-emitting region corresponding to a TFT.
