Abstract:
Disclosed are a TFT substrate (100) and a liquid crystal display. The TFT substrate (100) comprises: a first substrate (10); a data cable (11) provided on the first substrate (10); a first insulating layer (12) provided on the first substrate (10) and the data cable (11); a first common electrode (13) which is provided on the first insulating layer (12) and located above the data cable (11) and covers the data cable (11); a second insulating layer (14) provided on the first common electrode (13) and the first insulating layer (12); and a pixel electrode (15) provided on the second insulating layer (14).
