Abstract:
This therapeutic agent for cancer contains a compound that acts on a retinoid receptor and a BRAF inhibitor. The therapeutic agent for cancer is for use alongside a BRAF inhibitor, and contains a compound that acts on a retinoid receptor. The compound that acts on a retinoid receptor may be a retinoid compound or a derivative thereof. The compound that acts on a retinoid receptor may be ATRA, tamibarotene, or bexarotene. The BRAF inhibitor may be dabrafenib or encorafenib. The therapeutic agent for cancer may further contain an MEK inhibitor. The therapeutic agent for cancer may further contain a compound that acts on an EFG or EGF receptor.
