Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a thermoelectric power generation device for efficiently using heat energy/heat flow passing through a power generation module/heat flow sensor. [Solution] The present invention is provided with: a plurality of magnetic wires 21 that are formed of a single magnetic material with large thermoelectric power due to the anomalous Nernst effect and that are arranged in parallel on one surface of an insulating film 22; a plurality of non-magnetic wires 23 or a plurality of diamagnetic wires 27 arranged in parallel on the other surface of the insulating film 22 so as to be parallel or oblique to the direction in which the plurality of magnetic wires 21 are arranged; through contact holes 24 that pass through the insulating film 22 and electrically connect the plurality of magnetic wires 21 and the plurality of non-magnetic wires 23 or the plurality of diamagnetic wires 27 so that first magnetic wires 21a and second magnetic wires 21b adjacent to each other among the plurality of magnetic wires can be connected in series via the non-magnetic wires 23 or the plurality of diamagnetic wires 27; and a substrate 20 that is formed of an insulating material or a conducting material covered with an insulating material, that holds a laminated body composed of the plurality of magnetic wires 21, the insulating film 22, and the plurality of non-magnetic wires 23 or the plurality of diamagnetic wires 27, and that is in thermal contact with the laminated body.
