Title:
THERMOSTABLE CELLOBIOHYDROLASE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/155566
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The thermostable cellobiohydrolase has cellobiohydrolase activity under conditions of at least 75°C and pH 5.5 and is a polypeptide obtained from an amino acid sequence represented by Sequence No. 1, 3, 5 or 7, a polypeptide obtained from an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids of an amino acid sequence represented by Sequence No. 1, 3, 5 or 7 have been deleted, substituted or added, or a polypeptide obtained from an amino acid sequence having at least 80% sequence identity with an amino acid sequence represented by Sequence No. 1, 3, 5 or 7.
