The present invention relates to a thin electromagnetic shielding sheet and an electronic device provided with same, the thin electromagnetic shielding sheet comprising: a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprising accumulated-fiber-type material, formed by accumulation of fibers and having a plurality of pores and a metal coating layer on the outer surface of the plurality of fibers, and electroconductive adhesive material on both sides of the accumulated-fiber-type material and filling the plurality of pores, and provided with an electroconductive adhesive layer which connects electrically due to applied pressure; a metal layer, adhered to the electroconductive adhesive layer on one surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, for shielding against electromagnetic waves; and an insulation layer on the metal layer.
