Abstract:
A thin film transistor liquid crystal display apparatus and a signal line (10) thereof. The signal line (10) comprises a metal layer (10a) and a transparent conductive layer (10b) stacked on the metal layer (10a). The transparent conductive layer (10b) is electrically connected to the metal layer (10a). A multilayer structure formed by the metal layer (10a) and the transparent conductive layer (10b) can reduce impedance of the whole signal line (10), reduce the resistance-capacitance delay of a circuit, and increase the charging rate.
