Abstract:
The present invention provides a thin film-type solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same, the thin film-type solar cell comprising: a substrate; a first transparent electrode, which is provided on the substrate, and which has a first separating portion formed thereon; a semiconductor layer formed on the first separating portion and on the first transparent electrode; a contact portion formed to penetrate the first transparent electrode and the semiconductor layer; a second transparent electrode formed inside the contact portion and on the semiconductor layer; and a second separating portion formed to penetrate the semiconductor layer and the second transparent electrode, wherein the grain size of the contact portion is smaller than the grain size of the first transparent electrode.
