Abstract:
Disclosed is a thin sheet glass laminate having excellent heat resistance which
is suppressed in occurrence of projection defects due to inclusion of air bubbles
or foreign material in a thin sheet glass substrate and a supporting glass substrate.
In this thin sheet glass laminate, the thin sheet glass substrate and the supporting
glass substrate can be easily separated from each other. Also disclosed is a method
for manufacturing a display by using such a thin sheet glass laminate. Further
disclosed is a silicone for release paper for such a thin sheet glass laminate.
Specifically disclosed is a thin sheet glass laminate obtained by joining a thin
sheet glass substrate and a supporting glass substrate in layers. This thin sheet
glass laminate is characterized in that the thin sheet glass substrate and the
supporting glass substrate are joined together via a silicone resin layer having
good releasability and non-adhesiveness.
