The present invention provides a thin-wall single-cavity forming mold for plastic parts, comprising a fixed mold, a movable mold, a guide mechanism and a pouring system, wherein a film cavity is formed in the middle of the fixed mold, a mold core is formed in the middle of the movable mold, and the mold core is of an integrated structure; a straight side blowing hole is formed inside the mold core, and the side blowing hole is transversely across the whole mold core and communicates with a corresponding airflow channel; an insert is embedded in the side blowing hole, the annular side wall of the insert matches the inner wall of the side blowing hole, a mounting gap between the insert and the side blowing hole forms an air gap, the outer edges of the first end face and the second end face of the insert are respectively matched with the two ports of the side blowing hole to form two annular blowing ports, the two annular blowing ports are distributed on the side forming surface of the mold core, and the first end face and the second end face are both matched with the side forming surface of the mold core to form an auxiliary forming surface. The present invention reduces the mold processing difficulty and the manufacturing cost while ensuring the demolding effect and the product quality.
