Provided is a forming mold for a thin-wall multi-cavity plastic part, the forming mold comprising a fixed mold (12), a movable mold (11), a guide mechanism and a pouring system. A mold core is of an integrated structure and is provided with a plurality of sub-mold cores (110), a plurality of sub-mold cavities (120) are provided in a mold cavity, and the corresponding sub-mold cores (110) match the sub-mold cavities (120) to form a plurality of sub-cavities for forming plastic part cavities; at least one side blowing hole (111) is provided in an outer side part of each of the sub-mold cores (110), a pin plug (20) is detachably mounted in the side blowing hole (111), and a blowing clearance is formed by a mounting clearance between the pin plug (20) and the side blowing hole (111); and a through positioning hole (21) is formed in the pin plug (20), a pin hole (114) and an ejector pin hole (115) are provided at positions, located in an upper side and a lower side of the side blowing hole (111) respectively, inside the sub-mold core (110), the pin hole (114) extends upwards to penetrate an upper end face of the sub-mold core (110), the ejector pin hole (115) extends downwards to penetrate a lower end face of the movable mold (11), and the positioning hole (21), the pin hole (114) and the ejector pin hole (115) are arranged coaxially. The forming mold for the thin-wall multi-cavity plastic part is stable in terms of structure, convenient to machine and has a high matching precision, and the problems of the thin-wall multi-cavity plastic part being difficult to demold and the fact that the quality cannot be guaranteed can be effectively solved.
