Abstract:
A three-dimensional measurement method, comprising: embedding marker line information into sine fringe patterns by means of a three-step phase shift method so as to obtain target fringe patterns; projecting the target fringe patterns to the surface of an object to be measured; solving wrapping phase images, mean intensity images and modulation intensity images of fringe patterns collected by a left camera and a right camera; and according to the mean intensity images and the modulation intensity images, solving mask images so as to extract mark lines; carrying out spatial phase unwrapping in the wrapping phase images with the marker lines as starting points to obtain spatial phases; performing spatial phase matching according to the unique corresponding relationship between the spatial phases, based on the marker lines, of the left camera and the right camera to obtain an optimal matching point of the right camera, and further calculating the absolute phase of the left camera; and according to triangulation ranging, reconstructing a three-dimensional point cloud so as to obtain a three-dimensional model of said object. The invention solves the technical problems of low three-dimensional reconstruction precision caused by low matching precision since phase matching is carried out by means of a geometric constraint matching method in the prior art.
