Abstract:
The present invention relates to a three-dimensional photodetection device. The three-dimensional photodetection device of the present invention detects an optical signal that is reflected or emitted from a sample as light of multiple wavelengths emitted from a light source is irradiated onto the sample, the three-dimensional photodetection device comprising: an objective lens arranged toward a sample; a band rejection filter that removes, from the optical signal, an excited optical signal of the light source; and an infrared image sensor that detects a fluorescence signal from an optical signal that passed through the band rejection filter, wherein the infrared image sensor detects and distinguishes two types of fluorescence signals separated by a path difference of the optical signal, and the path difference is generated due to a time for the optical signal to reach the infrared image sensor or a distance covered by the optical signal to reach the infrared image sensor.
