Abstract:
A three-power hybrid energy saving system for a rubber-tired gantry crane, comprising a system controller (1), a small diesel generator set (2), a unidirectional AC/DC converter (3), a unidirectional DC/AC inverter (4), a battery pack and its management system (5), a tie switch (6), a large diesel generator set (7), and an auxiliary transformer (8). Powered devices mainly comprise: a hoisting frequency converter (10), a crab frequency converter (11), and a bridge frequency converter (9), as well as an auxiliary powered device (15) and a control power supply. The output of the small diesel generator set (2) is connected to the unidirectional AC/DC converter (3) and supplies power for a direct current bus after being rectified. The input end of the unidirectional DC/AC inverter (4) is connected in parallel to the direct current bus, and the inverted output thereof is connected to the auxiliary transformer (8). The battery pack and its management system (5) are connected in parallel to the direct current bus. The bridge frequency converter (9), the hoisting frequency converter (10), and the crab frequency converter (11) provide working power and recover feedback energy of a system by means of the battery pack and its management system (5).
