A thrombectomy catheter, which relates to the field of vascular interventional instruments, and comprises a catheter body (2), the catheter body (2) being provided with an expansion end (3) and an exposed end (4); the expansion end (3) is located at the end of the catheter body (2) that enters into a blood vessel during a thrombectomy operation; and the exposed end (4) is located on the other end of the catheter body (2) opposite to the expansion end (3), and is suitable for remaining outside of the human body during the thrombectomy operation. The expansion end (3) comprises: a plurality of petal-shaped pieces (5), which are disposed at an end portion of the catheter body (2), and the petal-shaped pieces (5) are suitable for opening to the periphery of the catheter body (2) under the action of an external force. The thrombectomy catheter also comprises pull wires (6), one end of the pull wires (6) being connected to the petal-shaped pieces (5), and the other end of the pull wires (6) extending to the exposed end (4) of the catheter body (2). The thrombectomy catheter can control the opening range of the catheter at a thrombectomy site, meet the requirements of vessels of different diameters, and also has the advantages of being less painful for patients, stable to operate, and the like.
