Abstract:
Disclosed is a TiCrMnFe-based environmentally friendly material, which is prepared by the following method: providing Ti, Cr, Mn, La, Ce, Gd and Fe metal raw materials; weighing the metal raw materials according to a preset chemical formula; primary vacuum smelting the weighed metal raw materials to obtain a primary TiCrMnFe alloy ingot; crushing the the primary TiCrMnFe alloy ingot; single-roller quenching the crushed primary TiCrMnFe alloy ingot so as to obtain a rare earth-doped TiCrMnFe alloy strip; first heat treating the rare earth-doped TiCrMnFe alloy strip; ball-milling the rare earth-doped TiCrMnFe alloy strip which has been heat treated, to obtain a rare earth-doped TiCrMnFe alloy powder; second heat treating the rare earth-doped TiCrMnFe alloy powder; and hot pressing and sintering the rare earth-doped TiCrMnFe alloy powder which has been second heat treated.
